Description

This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents to include the full Scope of Work. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released on or about January 29, 2024.



IAW FAR 36.204(f), the rough order of magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.



Performance and Payment Bonds are required.



The scope of this project consists of furnishing design drawings, design specifications, labor, equipment and material to repair by replacement the sprinkler systems in Buildings 102,103, and 104 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Preliminary investigation indicates the sprinkler system is not up to code or is completely absent from the building.



The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within 14 days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the Scope of Work in 365 Calendar days.
