FRA SEEKS PROPOSALS FOR THE FOLLOWING:



1.0 PH-5 Digital Aerosol Photometer with pelican case - OR EQUIVALENT



1.0 AG-E3 Electric Aerosol Generator - OR EQUIVALENT



1.0 2.5 gallons of PAO Oil used with Aerosol Generator - OR EQUIVALENT



Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements:

SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 3), PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1),



The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:



FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022)



Documents to be returned with proposal submittal:

2. SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 3) – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



3.PUR-466 (Rev 1.) – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



4. A separate document, including any/all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFP submittal.
