  5. Review of Annual Argonne National Laboratory’s Waste Types & Estimated Quantities, dated 02/15/2024

  6. Review of Dumpster Pickup Schedule, dated 02/01/2024

  7. Completion of Reps & Certs, ANL-70B, dated 06/06/2022

  8. Completion of Pricing Schedule RFQ: 4-B175-Q-00277-00

  9. Completion of the ANL-548, Organizational Conflicts of Interest isclsure/Representation form
