The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Rock Island District has a requirement to procure one aluminum vessel, complete with vessel, trailer, and motor. The vessel will reside at the district headquarters in Rock Island, Illinois, will be trailered daily, and will be used to conduct surveys and inspections on the waterways.
