DESCRIPTION:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for the award of : Carlyle Lake Park Attendant BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement)
1. The work will require: The Contractor shall provide services, to include all personnel, supervision, and any materials, tools, and equipment, necessary to perform the collection of user fees, manage camping reservations using Government provided hardware and software, clean and maintain order of the fee booth, and disseminate information to visitors and rangers. Park Attendants shall operate government furnished computer, monitor, printer, mouse, keyboard, credit card terminal, and registration software to efficiently and effectively operate the campground. Park Attendants shall assist the public by providing accurate information concerning the Corps of Engineers Recreation Use Fee Program and all other Project policies and programs as required. Professional conduct is required when performing all elements of this agreement.
The Contractor’s performance will be based on: The Government shall inspect and evaluate the Contractor’s performance to ensure services are received in accordance with requirements set forth in this agreement. The Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) shall inspect by validating actual work performance, physically checking an attribute of the completed task, or otherwise inspecting the task or its result to determine whether performance meets the standards contained in this PWS. When a performance threshold has not been met or Contractor performance has not been accomplished, the COR will initiate and provide the Contracting Officer a DD Form 2772, Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR), for issuance to the Contractor. The Contractor shall respond to the CDR in accordance with instructions provided and return it to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days of receipt.
SOLICITATION: The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 10 April 2023. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the information at www.sam.gov/. This solicitation package will be posted on SAM.GOV, which can be accessed at www.sam.gov/.
Paper copies of this solicitation and its amendments will not be available or issued. Electronic copies are not permitted for the bid. The proposal submission date and time will be contained in the solicitation package.

Potential offerors MUST register at www.sam.gov/, in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
