The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools and equipment to install a modular office within Building 60, 375 CES HVAC Shop. The modular office shall be Port-a-King, or government approved equal, and match the existing color and structural material modular offices inside the facility. Approximate size shall be 19 feet long, 22 feet wide and 8.5 feet high.
