Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements:

SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 3), PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1),



The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:
