Description

Argonne National Laboratory is looking to purchase the equipment listed below. All specifications are attached.




  • Precision linear stage (QUANTITY 3)

    • Ultraprecision: 3 nm minimum incremental motion and One encoder with 0.5 nm resolution

    • Long travel ranges: 26 mm
