The Contractor shall provide services, to include all personnel, supervision, and any materials, tools, and equipment, necessary to perform the collection of user fees, manage camping reservations using Government provided hardware and software, clean and maintain order of the fee booth, and disseminate information to visitors and rangers. Park Attendants shall operate government furnished computer, monitor, printer, mouse, keyboard, credit card terminal, and registration software to efficiently and effectively operate the campground. Park Attendants shall assist the public by providing accurate information concerning the Corps of Engineers Recreation Use Fee Program and all other Project policies and programs as required. Professional conduct is required when performing all elements of this agreement.
