FRA SEEKS QUOTATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING:



(2) KEITHLEY 6517B ELECTROMETER/HIGH RESISTANCE METER - OR EQUIVALENT



(2) ISO-17025 CALIBRATION DATA FOR NEW UNITS - OR EQUIVALENT



Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements:

SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 3), PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1)



The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:



FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022)



Documents to be returned with proposal submittal:

2. SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 3) – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



3.PUR-466 (Rev 1.) – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



4. A separate document, or red-lined document, of all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFP submittal.



5. Finally, we ask that you provide us with the NAICS code that applies to your company/this order.
