REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) anticipates procurement of the following multi-channel optical power meter for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab). Please reference the attached RFP for details.



This is a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. Award shall be made to the supplier who is deemed responsible by FRA, whose proposal is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. FRA intends to award without discussions.
