Please furnish a firm fixed-price proposal, in U.S. dollars, FOB Destination Lemont, Illinois, for the fabrication and delivery (including packaging and shipping) of Diamond Substrates, in accordance with the Argonne Applicable Documentation, all attached to and hereby made a part of this solicitation.
