Description

Fermi Research Alliance, LLC anticipates procurement of the following professional services for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FERMILAB).





Fermilab requests your firm-fixed price proposal for Professional External Radiation Dosimetry Services (NAICS Code 334519) as outlined in the Statement of Work, dated May 3, 2023 (attached).





Period of Performance:





The term of the resulting Purchase Order Agreement shall be a one (1) year “Base Term,” starting June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024.





SARC AND PUR466 MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL PROPOSALS.
