This scope includes the replacement of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene) membrane roofs on the control station and the tainter gate control building at Peoria Lock and Dam and the control station at LaGrange Lock and Dam. A total of 3 buildings with membrane roofs will require the work. These buildings have historical significance and are required to be completed with in-kind materials.
