DESCRIPTION: The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, Lake Shelbyville in Shelbyville, Illinois, is seeking a company to provide cleaning and janitorial services throughout the Lake Shelbyville Project Area, located in Shelby and Moultrie Counties, Illinois.
