Description

The Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for the following item.



The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest toal evaluated price. Discussions are not anticapted.



Payments will be completed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
