FRA is seeking potential sources for a future solicitation for Wetland Permit Work at Fermilab comprised of the following:

-Tree Clearing including clearing, grubbing, tree and shrub protection, debris removal, surveying and accessories necessary for Tree Clearing for the areas in accordance with the Contract Documents. Tree Clearing shall wholly occur between November 15 and March 15.

-Site Work including excavation, grading and stockpiling of wetland materials in all Temporarily and Permanently Impacted Areas as indicated on the Contract Documents, lined channels with outlets, surveying, silt fencing, erosion control blankets, riprap and accessories necessary for a complete installation.

Please note, there are no Contract Documents as part of this posting. All documents, drawings, requirements, etc. will be issued with the RFP.

FRA anticipates posting a RFP to SAM.gov on or around April 1, 2023. This solicitation will be set-aside for small businesses. Interested parties should contact the FRA Procurement Specialist identified in this notice or utilize SAM.gov functionality adding their information to the interested vendor list if they wish to be included on the soliciation distribution list. This posting is intended to notify potential offerors of this upcoming anticipated solicitation and build a list of firms interested in receiving a Request for Proposal. No award will be made as a result of this notice seeking potential sources.
