The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract in the amount of $30,000.00 to the American Great Lakes Ports Association, Inc., under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for the 2023 Sponsorship of the AGLPA Annual Conference. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 813910.
