FRA SEEKS PROPOSALS FOR THE FOLLOWING:



MFR: AMD Xilinx or Equivalent



(1) EK-U1-ZCU216-V1-G - OR EQUIVALENT



The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation:



FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022)



Documents to be returned with proposal submittal:

1.Quote



2. SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 3) – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



3.PUR-466 (Rev 1.) – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed.



4. A separate document including any/all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (06.2022). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFP submittal.



5. Finally we ask that you confirm the applicable NAICS code.
