Description

The Contractor shall establish and administer strength and conditioning protocols designed to maximize the physical performance of entry-level military personnel. The Contractor shall advise, assist, and provide guidance and instruction on physical training, exercises, movements, and injury avoidance to the Future Sailor Preparatory Course (FSPC).
