DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Rend Lake, Illinois, in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

SOLICITATION: The solicitation is expected to be available on or about January 2, 2023. The proposal submission date and time will be contained in the solicitation package. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the information on the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov/. This solicitation package will be posted on SAM, which can be accessed at www.sam.gov/.
