General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in support of the 2024 Democratic National Convention:

West: From I-290 (N&S) to I-355



South: From Sauk Trail to Illinois/Indiana State Line



East: Lake Shore Drive (Route 41) to W 47th Street to N Austin to Irving Park to Lake Shore Drive/Sheraton Road

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-Year” floodplain).
