Description

Provide a quote for a Bench-Top Automated Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Flash Point Tester in accordance with the Statement of Work provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Award is subject to the availability of funds.



Please complete the SF1449 and the "Supporting Information Form" documents and include them with your quote. It is strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 also be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
