This is a firm fixed price contract that shall cover FY 24 from 02/14/2024 to 09/30/2024. Firms that believe they can meet FCI Pekin's needs for inmate release bus transportation for FY 24 may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by February 6, 2024 at 3:00 PM CST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement and show how competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
