TRANSCOM23D019

This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought and is for planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Please note that USTRANSCOM will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this announcement.

USTRANSCOM highly encourages responses from capable businesses of all sizes; large and small business concerns, to include all the socioeconomic categories with OCM experience. The intent of the OCM Support effort is to effectively manage and navigate the significant change expected with the implementation and deployment of the JTMS. Through this contract, USTRANSCOM seeks to minimize the disruption to ongoing operations, enhance readiness and willingness for change, and engage stakeholders at all levels to support cultural transformation.
