The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation for Elevator Service and Maintenance at the Marion VA Medical Center in Marion, IL.
This contract will be awarded as a 1-year Base Period of Performance and 4 Options Year Periods of Performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238290 (Other Building Equipment Contractors), the Product and Service Code is J030 (Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment).
Any offeror will be required to meet the minimum requirements as stated in the requirement statement of work included in the solicitation.
The details for this requirement will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about November 29, 2022. The close date will be on or about December 05, 2022. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of this RFQ may submit a request in writing by e-mail.
