Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at Public Works 1700 N. McAree Rd.., Waukegan IL 60085 until April 27, 2023 at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) for:

2023 ANNUAL COMMODITIES BID

In accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the City Clerk this will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. Bids will be opened at Public Works, 1700 N. McAree Rd., and bids will be due April 27, 2023 at 9:00 am.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the words:

2023 ANNUAL COMMODITIES BID

Bids shall be addressed to City of Waukegan, 1700 N. McAree Rd., Waukegan Illinois 60085 and shall received before 9:00 a.m. April 27, 2023.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
