until April 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) for Phase III Construction Engineering Services for Road Resurfacing of Glen Flora Avenue & Sheridan Road
The City seeks RFQs from a qualified engineering firm(s) (each, a “Prospective Contractor”) to provide Phase III Construction Observation Engineering Services for the Road Resurfacing of FAU 1219 Glen Flora Avenue (from McAree Road to Lewis Avenue) & FAU 2736 Sheridan Road (from Glen Flora Avenue to Greenwood Ave).
Submissions responding to the RFQ (“Responsive Submissions”) will not be opened in public. Responsive Submissions must be submitted via email with the subject title:
Phase III Construction Engineering Services for Road Resurfacing of Glen Flora Avenue & Sheridan Road
The body of the email must include the name and address of the Prospective Contractor.
Responsive Submissions must be addressed to Jesus Alquicira, P.E., City Engineer and must be received before April 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
Each Prospective Contractor, by submitting a Responsive Submission to provide the aforementioned services, signifies their intention and good faith to enter into a contractor agreement with the City of Waukegan should they be selected. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Responsive Submissions and to make an award on that Responsive Submission which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to the City.
