Request for Proposals:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following:

Town of Normal – Leak Detection Survey Services

RFP’s must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Town of Normal – Leak Detection Survey Services", with the time and date of the opening, which will be December 29, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this request for proposals must be submitted in writing to Town of Normal Water Director, John Burkhart at jburkhart@normalil.gov For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. by December 19, 2022. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the submission deadline.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job.

Request for Proposal information may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normal.org .

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
