BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Kerrick Road and Main Street Improvements

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Kerrick Road and Main Street Improvements” with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

This project consists of approximately 1,700 CY Earth Excavation, 1,900 CY Furnished Excavation, 1,500 TON HMA Binder and Surface Courses, 2,700 SY HMA Base Course, 2,300 TON Sub-base Granular Material, 2,400 LF Curb & Gutter, 100 SY PCC Pavement, 260 LF RCCP Storm Sewer, 2 Manholes, 15 Inlets, 30 LF 4’ x 3’ Box Culvert Extension, and installation of Traffic Signals with fiber optic interconnect, and all other necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project according to the plans and specifications.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the One Uptown Conference Room, One Uptown Circle, 2 ^nd Floor.

Bid documents are available electronically from the Town of Normal website at www.normalil.gov . The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
