BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Housing Rehabilitation Program- 207 Keiser Street, Normal

Bids must be submitted to the Town Inspection Department, located at 1 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois, 61761, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Housing Rehabilitation Program- 207 Keiser Street" with the time and date of the submittal, which will be December 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting to be held on December 7, 2022, at 10:15 a.m. at 207 Keiser Street, Normal, Illinois. Each bidding contractor must attend the Pre-Bid meeting. A Bid will not be accepted if you do not attend the Pre-Bid meeting. Each contractor is responsible for carefully reading the bid specifications and reviewing all the material in the bid package.
