ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Sealed bids from interested trade contractors for the following Trade Packages; 32A-3 Asphalt Paving & Site Work, 32F-3 Fencing, for the North Maintenance Facility Site Work project will be accepted at the Naperville Park District Administration Building, 320 West Jackson Avenue, Naperville, Illinois 60540, until 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 17, 2022, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid documents may be obtained upon request. Request for digital bid documents must be submitted to Tom McGrath, Lamp Incorporated, by email at tmcgrath@lampinc.net . All necessary bid documents will be emailed at no cost. Hard copies are not available.

The project consists of site work at the Naperville Park District’s North Maintenance Facility located at 219 South Mill Street, Naperville, IL 60540, The site work involves replacement of the parking lot and perimeter fencing along with installing new retaining walls and other site improvements.

A non-mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held at the North Maintenance Facility on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 11:00 AM.

Requirements and Performance Bond

If a bid is accepted, a Labor & Material Payment Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction.
