Notes	The City of Elgin invites bids on a Mower for the Golf Course. The City of Elgin Purchasing Department is pleased to announce that we are instituting our E-bidding process. ALL vendors, regardless of whether your firm is currently registered with the City of Elgin or not, will need to register in order to receive notification of upcoming bids.
