Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk
, 101 S. Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, 62220 until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, February 16, 2023, for the Reunion Boulevard Resurfacing Project. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, February 16, 2023.
The proposed improvement consists of milling the existing hot-mix asphalt pavement, various removal and replacement of concrete gutter, Class D Patching, placing hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course and performance of other related and appurtenant work.

Qualifications:
|
|
Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the County or the Department of Labor, or determined by the Court on review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond as required in the bid documents.
No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The City of Belleville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
