Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting followed by site visits to both parking lots held on June 6, 2023, at 8:30 am (CST ). Vendors shall meet at Wheaton City Hall located at 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, IL 60187 in the Conley Meeting Room (lower level). Vendors shall provide their own transportation to the sites. This will be the only site visit offered. Attendance is required at the pre-bid meeting for those wishing to submit a bid. The City will not accept bids from Vendors that did not attend and sign-in at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
