The City is seeking bids for Job Number 23-00000-00-GM – 2023 Asphalt Project

Project work includes the milling and resurfacing of three existing asphalt streets in Moline: 15 ^th Avenue from 32 ^nd to 33 ^rd Street; 15 ^th Avenue from 39 ^th to 41 ^st Street; and 19 ^th Avenue from 35 ^th Street to 36 ^th Street. Work will include asphalt milling and placement of PHMA, sidewalk repairs and curb ramp installations, driveway replacements, concrete patching, curb replacements, utility adjustments, and other related work.

As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project.

Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open.
