The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1410 –Riverside Park Improvements PROJECT RE-BID

Project work includes the installation of a new parking lot and access road at Riverside Park, located at 3300 5 ^th Avenue in Moline. There are also several alternate bids, including resurfacing of the tennis courts, reconstruction of the tennis courts with post-tensioned concrete, installation of futsol courts, and resurfacing of the south parking lot, all at Riverside Park.

As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project.

Bid packages are available online only. Those wishing to retrieve the project plans and/or proposal should visit the City of Moline’s website via the link below and fill out the required form. Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open. Please save this document to your personal hard drive, as once the pdf is closed, you will not be able to open it again.

This project will be bid and constructed in abidance with the terms and conditions of the Illowa Construction Labor and Management Council’s IMPACT Memorandum of Understanding. All contractors will submit bids based upon these terms and shall require all subcontractors to adhere to the same. Bids are due, and will be opened and publicly read at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11 ^th , 2023 in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, Second Floor. Bids received after this date and time will be discarded. Bidders shall submit their sealed bids to:
