COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) - Floreciente Neighborhood Project

The City of Moline is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Engineering Consultants for design services for the future Floreciente Neighborhood Veteran’s Memorial Park in Moline. This project is located in Moline’s Floreciente Neighborhood, Census 223.

Proposed CDBG Neighborhood Infrastructure Project Scope

Floreciente Neighborhood Veteran’s Memorial – conceptual and specifications for a City/Floreciente Neighborhood Veteran’s Memorial. The consultant will work with City staff and residents/businesses of the Floreciente Neighborhood census tract to develop an engineered conceptual design and specifications for the Neighborhood Veteran’s Memorial Park at 8th Street and 4th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265.

Responses will be accepted until 2:30 noon on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Responses received after that date and time will not be considered. The responses will be reviewed by an evaluation team comprised of City Staff. In accordance with the Brooks Act, respondents will be evaluated on a qualifications-based selection process. No price quotations shall be included at this time. All responses and interviews will be evaluated and ranked with the highest rated firm being requested to negotiate a contract for said engineering project. Firms selected as finalists may be asked to interview during business hours the week of May 15, 2023.

A complete copy of the proposal must be received, at the following location, by 2:30 PM, Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, May, 16, 2023.
