NEW CULLIGAN WATER SOFTENER- THIS MUST BE CULLIGAN BRAND TO WORK WITH OUR OTHER EQUIPMENT. CMS 900-3 (CULLIGAN SIDE MOUNT). THIS UNIT HAS A CONTINOUS FLOW RATE OF 193 GALLONS PER MINUTE. THE PIPE SIZE IS 3 INCHES, A NEW 3 INCH SS HALL EFFECT METER IS TO BE ADDED TO THE NEW UNIT WITH ITS GBE CONTROLLER. COMMUNICATION CABLES AND SOLENOID VALVES NEEDED FOR DUPLEX OPERATION. AN AUXILLARY 3-WAY ASCO SOLENOID IS NEEDED FOR BRINING ON THE CONTROLLER. A 24 VAC RELAY OUTPUT TO BE PROVIDED AT THE GBE CONTROLLER THAT WILL BEED TO BE WIRED TO THE BRINE PUMP MOTOR STARTERS AND STARTS THE PUMP DURING THE RELAY TIMER. WIRING FROM THE GBE CONTROLLERS TO THE BRINE PUMP, AS WELL AS WIRING THE MOTOR STARTERS ARE TO BE INCLUDED AS WELL. INDUSTRIAL HIGH-VOLUME AIR VENT TO BE INSTALLED ON NEW TANK. FINAL CALIBRATION AND TESTING/TROUBLESHOOTING OF THE UNIT IS TO BE INCLUDED AS WELL TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM IS RUNNING AT PEAK EFFICIENCY AS WELL AS PERFORMANCE.
