Replace 35 foot power pole, which is bending and splintering, located within the grounds of Vandalia Correctional Center. The vendor will be responsible for unhooking the existing electric lines, remove current power pole, set new 35 foot power pole with 3 cross arms, 3 cutouts and reattach 2 conduits.
