Bulletin Desc:
Elgin MHC: Goldman Building - Drain down & dispose of approximately 2500 Gallons of acidic glycol/water mixture that was deemed toxic by water testing company. Drain system & place in 250 gallon totes to be removed and disposed of per EPA regulations. Flush system to remove any residue. Supply approximate 700 Gallons of propylene glycol to refill system with a 28-30% water glycol mixture. Run system & check for proper ratios. Clean up work area & remove all debris. Pre-bid Conference needed.
