Item # 1:


The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide a policy manager software product for use in its State Operated Mental Health and Developmental Centers. This software must meet the following criteria:

1. License must allow for a minimum of 25 users
2. Centralized location to electronically store and organize a minimum of 100 healthcare related policies
3. Status identifier for policies to indicate if policies are begin updated, reviewed, and approved.
4. Workflow for editing, approving, and sharing policies.
5. Multiple access levels for the following users:
Administrators - to edit/approve policies (these will be central office staff)
Managers - allow to comment on policies but not edit (these will be pharmacy managers)
Viewers - unable to edit or comment, on view approved policies
6. Notification system or process to alert users when healthcare regulatory bodies have updated standards and/or requirements
7. Support modern authentication and single sign-on using Illinois.gov active directory and Okta.
8. As required by Illinois Public Act 095-0307/30 ILCS 587, must comply with the applicable requirements of the Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act Standards as posted at https:// www.dhs.state.il.us/iitaa

Note that the agency is requesting pricing for multiple years, but may not award all line items. Vendors must attach a document listing all product specifications when submitting a quote so that the Agency can confirm all needs are met by the proposed product. Product must include standard technical support/customer service
