The Illinois State Police (ISP) Decatur Forensic Science Laboratory has a need to procure an intrusion detection security system; including all equipment, material, and installation costs of said security system. The intrusion detection security system will be installed in a shared building and will only be applicable to the highlighted areas shown on the attached floor plans. Quantities listed are estimates only and will be used for award/evaluation purposes only and are not a guarantee for minimal purchase. All quoted prices must be valid through June 30, 2023. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. Bidders must include all necessary equipment, material, and installation charges within their quote response.
Bidders must provide, with their bid submission, a specification sheet and statement of work, or other suitable documentation which shall include, at a minimum, brand names, model names, and specifications for the equipment and materials provided as well as a detailed list of work and testing to be performed. This must be of sufficient detail to enable the ISP to determine whether the system offered to the ISP meets our requirements as stated in this Bid. This information must be provided at a minimum, and as needed, supplemented by information a Bidder attaches to their Bid.
***MANDATORY SITE VISIT*** Please refer to site visit stated in Pre-Bid Conference area in regards to date and time.
Attending the site visit date is mandatory to determine the final number of sensors needed in order to secure the Facility, if vendor intends to bid on this solicitation.

**If attendance is mandatory, Bidder (current Vendor included) will be disqualified and considered non-responsive if Bidder does not attend, is not on time, leaves early or fails to sign the attendance sheet. Bidder must allow adequate time to accommodate security screenings at the site.
