Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Network Infrastructure Refresh and Networking Services" with the time and date of the opening, which will be January 4, 2023 at 3:00 pm prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761.
