NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites sealed bids for the removal of wood waste for the Forestry Division. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, February 22, 2023; and at that time, publicly opened and read aloud in the Basement Conference Room, located in City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL, 61401. Bid forms may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 55 W. Tompkins St., Galesburg, IL 61401 or by visiting the City website at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations.
