NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites qualified firms to submit a sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for architectural and engineering services for Simmons Street streetscape and parking lot H improvement project located in the City of Galesburg. SOQs will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, March 24, 2023 at the office of the Purchasing Agent; located in City Hall, Finance Department, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL, 61401. Request for qualification forms may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 55 W. Tompkins St., Galesburg, IL 61401 or online at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The City will award a contract for the SOQ that best meets the qualifications and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations.
