The City of Elgin is currently accepting proposals to provide ticketing, entry gate, and security services for the city’s premier annual festival, Nightmare on Chicago Street (NOCS) scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 21, 2023. The City of Elgin reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, or any part thereof, or to accept any RF or any part thereof, or to waive informalities in any RFP, if deemed to be in the best interest of the city.

Pre-Submittal Conference
A Pre-Submittal Conference is scheduled to be held at 10am on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 in the lobby of The Hemmens Cultural Center. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is optional but strongly encouraged. From The Hemmens Cultural Center, attendees will walk the festival site so comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing is recommended.
