The City of Batavia is seeking proposals for its SOLID WASTE SERVICES program until ten o'clock A.M. (10:00 A.M.), Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the Public Works Building in the City of Batavia, 200 North Raddant Road, Batavia, IL 60510, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Proposers shall provide the City of Batavia with “SOLID WASTE SERVICES” programs per the respective attached specifications. This will be through a Five (5) Year Renewable Contract.

Proposal documents are available at the at the Public Works Building in the City of Batavia, 200 N. Raddant Road, Batavia IL 60510; Electronic versions of proposal documents and addendums are available at www.cityofbatavia.net

No proposal shall be withdrawn, after opening of proposals, without the consent of the City of Batavia for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of opening proposals.

The City of Batavia reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to it.
