The City of Aurora, Illinois (City) is in need of professional services from a qualified engineering consultant for Phase I Design Engineering Services for the New York Street Corridor HSIP project. The City will have the option to utilize the same consultant for Phase II Design Engineering that completed the Phase I Study. As a part of the selection process, the interested consultants are required to a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work.
