The City of Aurora, Illinois (City) is in need of professional services from a qualified engineering consultant for Phase I Design Engineering Services for the Farnsworth Avenue Traffic Signal Modernization/Resurfacing project. The City will have the option to utilize the same consultant for Phase II Design Engineering that completed the Phase I Study. As a part of the selection process, the interested consultants are required to a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work.
